       Track 1: Alpha-Level Programming—Sit down or lie down, close your eyes and turn on the player. Headphones are not necessary, but they will enhance the 3D sound effects. Dick’s voice is combined with environmental sounds, relaxing you while you imagine a tropical island. You’ll soon experience a dreamy state of mind, and hear life-changing suggestions appropriate to the title of this audio program, and phrased for maximum acceptance. After about 20 minutes you’ll be directed to open your eyes, feeling relaxed and energized. The last 10 minutes of this track is Mind-Imprinting (Self-Talk where Dick speaks suggestions and you repeat them silently in your mind) to program yourself. 
      Track 2: Subliminal Programming—The suggestions you heard on Track 1 are embedded into 30 minutes of soothing stereo music. You hear the music, but your subconscious mind will hear and accept the suggestions because they are not challenged by your conscious mind. Track 2 can also serve as sleep programming at bedtime. Simply listen as you go to sleep.

      You don’t have to believe this audio program will work for it to be effective. Use Track 1 once a day, and Track 2 as often as you want. Do Not Use this program in your car or while doing anything requiring concentration. Don’t be impatient. Change takes time.
